In summer 2013, Marcell Bándi and I were lucky to win the design competition "20 seconds for art" staged by KÖR (Kunst im öffentlichen Raum: Art in Public) in cooperation with Infoscreen. The competition called for soundless twenty-second spots on the subject of art in Vienna’s public space which interpret this theme in an artistic manner. From around 150 applications 6 spots were selected and each one was shown on the Infoscreen displays of the city’s network (low-floor trams, buses and subway stations) every seven minutes for a period of two weeks.
Marcell and I used our acquired video-light-painting know-how and tried to restage some of Vienna's beautiful graffiti artworks.
Equipment used: Canon 550D.
Software used: After Effects, Premiere.
